New API can't be added in nightly2 #1498

Reproduction Steps:

go to https://nightly2.apinf.io
from Top Bar, click API Backends -> Add API Backends.
Start Adding an API giving all required information
Click Save.

Result

The following S-Alert appears:

API doesn't get added.

Expected Result:

API should be added and user should be redirected to the Details tab in API profile

System Information

OS: WIndows 8
Browser: CHrome (latest version)

@Nazarah I could not reproduce this error in nightly2, just added a new API there.
