Right now, the proxy tab can't be open if element locator targets the attribute id=api-proxy-tab. Also, on selecting an inconsistent ID fails the testcase.
Also need IDs for the following elements:

  1. Proxy selector dropmenu
  2. all options in the drop menu: Nightly Umbrella, Second Umbrella.
