When deploying to nightly, Github is not initially configured. Ensure that Github authentication is configured when deploying to nightly.

Related to #265.

Definition of done

  • Get the client id and client secret.
  • Find a safe place to store the information so that it's included in automated deployment.
  • Ensure that Github authentication is automatically enabled on nightly deployment server.
