Fixes to done in Next

• Show Proxy selection dropmenu in Dashboard view

With the new UI in Next, the Dashboard view doesn't have any dropmenu to select proxies.
The design was originally intended for SaaS where ideally would be only one proxy.
But we need to make sure the provision is available for other versions.

• Localize headings and message texts under API profile Details and Network tabs
• Copy functionality in API profile doesn't work.
• Show necessary buttons in Swagger UI: Authenticate
• Show custom HTML block in branding.
  Tab Title needs to be changed from APInf – Organization to APInf – Users.
• Branding: fix Delete button position in cover photo and logo selector
• Show Owner's name in API Card
  Translation of texts into Finnish

  * Login Platform: CLient ID, Secret, Root URL
