Check, if it is possible to hide the login type username + password same way as login with Fiware credentials and Github credentials.

add new Setting for normal login
show/hide atPwdForm, atConfirmPassword, atTermsLink, atSignupLink, atSigninLink, atResendVerificationEmailLink according to Setting
at-pwd-form contains normal login elements
also forgot and repost links need to be hidden
