Registration with same email address triggered email as 'Registration complete'

Steps:

1.Visit https://apinf.io
2. Click on sign up button
3. Enter the email address
4. Enter the password
5. Click on Register button
6. Repeat the same above steps to sign up by giving the same email address and different password.

• Notifies users 'Email already exists' but an email is triggered to the user notifying 'Registration complete'
