Currently, the Add API backend form allows users to add or edit API backend configurations. Since, we now have the Add API backend wizard, we want to disallow the usage of the advanced form for adding API backend. It will still be used for editing API backeds, in case there is a need for more advanced configurations.

Already cleaned up in the latest develop.
