Unable to upload "./ethicalcheck-results.sarif" as it is not valid SARIF #2

Hello, thanks for this useful tool - I am having one issue with it.

When it comes to the upload of the sarif file I am seeing the issue "unable to upload" as the file is not valid SARIF.

You can see the most recent run here in my repo:
