Publish on open-vsx

Is it possible for you to publish this extension on open-vsx.org? It is a more open platform than vscode marketplace. I could also help submit your extension there if needed.

Sounds like a good idea! Sorry I didn't see this request earlier; I guess I've gotten swamped with all my GitHub notifications. I'll try to have a look at this soon.

Oh, this is an Eclipse Foundation thing! Yeah, we'll totally do this.

I've got my build & publishing workflow in the extension set up. I've created an Open VSX account, signed the Contributor Agreements, and now all we need to do is wait on my claim for ownership of the "apjanke" Open VSX namespace to be approved. Once that happens, I'll push out the 0.2.13 release there, and make that a regular part of the release process.
