Make make_rbg_image robust to degenerate axes

It would be a simple task of adding the functionality to ignore degenerate axes (size=1 axes).
These are often frequency and/or Stokes in radio astronomy.
The rest of the package already seems to handle this case so I don't see why make_rgb_image shouldn't.
