STATUS: ASSIGNED to @EliasSbehat

Context

The current layout of the builder uses a single-column layout where the components are horizontal.

The evolution needs to provide a left sidebar where the user can drop elements on the sidebar.

@EliasSbehat take a look and proceed with the code.
