tiO2 currently addresses iOS and Android testing. MobileWeb likely needs some additional infrastructure to make it work:

Spoke plugin will have to spin up a web server
Devices most likely controlled by web driver

It was determined that we need to review this sooner over later as it might require infrastructure changes.
