Investigate CLI testing

Testing the CLI will need some investigation. It's not clear if we can use the existing infrastructure, or if we need to extend it.

Some thoughts:

• For testing, we can use the Nixt library (https://www.npmjs.org/package/nixt) (for prompting). It it suggested it is better than expect (https://www.npmjs.org/package/expect)
• The expected result would be stored off in files
• For checking the project structure and generated files, that could be done using existing mocha tools
• We will likely need to run tests against a matrix of combinations. Travis-ci does this at one level (view http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/build-configuration/ for more information), and we may be able to take ideas from that.

Some concerns:

• Input/output very environment dependent
• We may need to beef up mocha, and add assertions to help with testing.
