I really don't think this is how to fix this problem. I'm not convinced we should have the Titanium CLI taking arbitrary values and splitting them on a comma. Values are values. The Titanium CLI cannot make assumptions. What if "foo,bar" is a valid value? This code would split that and handle it wrong.

The correct solution is to fix this in the SDK. Since I'm closest to this, I should probably just steal this ticket from you.
