FR Passed Using the following test case:

var win = Ti.UI.createWindow({
    backgroundColor: '#fff'
});
 
var btn = Ti.UI.createButton({
    title: 'Trigger'
});
 
btn.addEventListener('click', function() {
    Ti.API.info(Ti.Locale.currentLanguage);
    Ti.API.info(Ti.Locale.currentLocale);
});
 
win.add(btn);
win.open();
