I've verified that this fixes the issue.

Appc Studio no longer beachballs after doing a "Run" to the iOS Simulator.
I also verified that an iOS "Run" no longer changes an SDK installed file.

FR passed. No file changes in the SDK folder after build to iOS simulator. Also no more beachball/temporary hang in the studio after iOS simulator launch.
