This is the first batch of fixes for IOS7
Things done:

  1. Turn off full screen for all view controllers.
  2. Bar Color fixes
  3. Picker crashes
  4. PhoneNav cleanup

Things that are not working currently:

  1. Some UI glitches in ListView (default selector is not implemented)
  2. SearchView in listView does not layout correctly after
  3. Modal windows are full screen (no idea why. Checking)
  4. Some UI glitches on showing and hiding status bar (have an idea and working on it.)

A second patch will follow but this should close out majority of the KS bugs reported by QE

Test using KS PR #108
