[TIMOB-15664] Fixed bug with special handling of 9 patch images that are in the Resources/android directory. [TIMOB-15662] Re-added support for --skip-js-minify. [TIMOB-11778] Fixed bug with log and timestamp calls in iOS sim builds. Now validate Android SDK during pre-validation event when prompting is disabled, otherwise we continue to validate it in the --android-sdk option. Fixed bug with empty --outputDir for Android and iOS builds. Updated i18n strings. Fixed jarsigner passwords from being clear text. Fixed a number of typos.
