[TIMOB-16491] Fixed icons with Windows Hybrid apps. #5539

Fixed icons with Windows Hybrid apps. Copies the appicon.png to the Assets/ApplicationIcon.png. Looks for appicon-tile-small.png, appicon-tile-medium.png, and appicon-tile-large.png and copies them into the Assets/Tiles directory.

Removed some unused files. Moved all winstore specific stuff into it's own file. Moved web specific resource handling to separate file.

Changed the security token to use session storage instead of local storage.
