Implement Core Spotlight and add documentation.

Test app.js located here

Please note requires the following:

• The CoreSpotlight framework needs to be added to the project
• Updates were made to UserActivity to support searching

ENSURE_SINGLE_ARG(value,NSArray) is incorrect when checking NSARRAY. Have to use ENSURE_ARRAY(value). Otherwise CR and FT passed.
