…uch as possible running any titanium code when the need for a restart is detected -- seems to help make sure the restart is successful, as does making sure that the restart is the last thing happening before onDesroy finishes.

Test case is the fail case in the JIRA ticket. Note that I was not able to get a fail on Honeycomb, so this appears to be 2.3 or below problem. But Honeycomb should be tested to verify nothing broke.
