FR Passed.
The correct Xcode/simulators are selected when using Xcode 8.2, 8.3.2, 8.3.3, and 9.0b. Tested by having Xcode(s) installed and building for sim, device, adhoc, and appstore, then verifying that the correct Xcode and/or simulator version was selected for the build, as well as ensuring the app would install/launch/verify.

[TIMBO-24837] Upgraded to ioslib@1.4.5 which fixes support for Xcode 8.3.3 and iOS 10.3.1. Also fixes a typo bug.
