Remove unnecessary steps from Environment Setup documentation for Windows and Linux platform. #13

The current Windows Environment Setup docs have
Step 3: Build AppFlowy (Flutter GUI application)
Step 4: Run the application

and the current Linux Environment Setup docs have
Step 3: Build AppFlowy (Flutter GUI application)

These steps can be removed and formatted in the way the macOS Environment Setup docs are present.

@annieappflowy @appflowy Is it better to keep similar steps (totally 4) in all three platforms?
