Add support for indexing public supergroups

Currently, the indexer only supports indexing public channels by username, it will be a good thing to be able to index supergroup as well. However, it may create problems of it own, like there are many users in a supergroup and anyone can delete their messages at any time which makes it harder to track the changes and update the databases accordingly.
