May I know what is the requirement of PrivacyInfo manifest for this. After scanning the source code here I did not find any required reasoning APIs. Please reply if there are.

You are right, there is no API used that requires declaration. Also I don't see any data collection. The issue was opened back then when I was with the impression that every SDK or package should provide Manifest even with empty API declaration and no tracking declaration. Since that seems to not be true, I will close the ticket as not needed.
