Currently the size of an uploaded file is only changeable via a construct parameter within the HTTP package

This should be configurable more easily, so sysadmins can adjust the value.

UAC:

  • The max. upload file size MUST be configurable
  • This configuration SHOULD follow the common channels (etc. appserver.xml)
