Remove some unused entries from PATH environment variables:

Remove-Path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Windows Performance Toolkit\'
Remove-Path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Windows Performance Toolkit\'
Remove-Path 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Performance Toolkit\'
Remove-Path 'C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\TShell\TShell\'
