Qt 5.x target x86 (win32) not installed on VS 2017 worker #1738

Hi,
First, I know that Qt does not provide Qt 5.9.1 for VS 2017 target x86 (win32)
But could you provide Qt 5.9.1 for VS 2015 or Qt 5.8 for VS 2015 (win32 target)
Currently, in VS 2017 worker, there is no Qt win32 and it is blocking.
Qt for VS 2015 is fully ABI compatible with VS 2017
