Windows 10 version 1803 released yesterday, along with the SDK. It would be nice to have the SDK integrated in the CI images, as I would like to use some new features in the SDK.

Visual Studio 15.7 is out as well. It would be great to have this updated and released soon, as it has been broken for almost 2 months now.

You'd need to fill out an issue for it, not use someone else's.

This is directly related as Visual Studio requires the new Windows SDK to be able to build against it, but i've created #2310

Not forcibly, you can target an older SDK.
