Allow to set the variableId

🎤 Pitch

All database, storage and authentication features allow defining the documentId, variable Should follow the same pattern. I have a script using the python sdk to build and validate if the structure of my project is correct, I have been updating it since version 0.12 I will have a rework to validate the variables.
