Random crop during training

Hello,

This question is regarding the 'random_crop_to_size' transform here. Is the protein cropped at different locations across the different epochs during training or are they cropped the same way?

it is ultimately called by the feature_pipeline here. So each sample (protein chain) should get a random start position for the crop
