On some Linux distributions (SUSE, Ubuntu etc.) Python distutils module installs user's modules into /usr/local/libX/pythonX.X/site-packages.
Aqualid uses function distutils.sysconfig.get_python_lib() to find tools, but this function returns /usr/libX/pythonX.X/site-packages
