How can I have the email alerts with no change in "warning" status sent only once?
Or at least make the interval longer?
Seems it's set at 2 hours before it repeats the email.

You can set a NOTIFICATION_INTERVAL environment variable - the default is 120 (interval in minutes, i.e. 2 hours)
