Fundraising: could only set stock price to whole number (not decimal)

Surely we should be able to set stock price to decimal number?

Okay, just discovered the tooltip, which says "two nearest valid values are 0 and 1". So this is by design? Curious as to why that is.

(I've just downloaded and tried Aragon for the first time so sorry if there's an obvious explanation to this :-) )
