Update goerli's registry address #1789

The Goerli's registry address on the arapp.json file hasn't been updated and it contains the rinkeby's ens resolver.

I believe the Goerli's resolver is the following: 0xE264d5bb84bA3b8061ADC38D3D76e6674aB91852
