なぜこのデータ分析をやるのか

生活保護水準の世帯数が多いのに実際の生活保護世帯が少ない自治体は、生活保護の申請を拒んでいる可能性が高い
その自治体において生活保護の申請がしづらい状況になっていないのか調査をするべき
