Hello, I have git clone this repository to my ubuntu and am trying to configure the requirements in environment( as your repository has written). Then I came across this problem:

CMake Error at /opt/ros/kinetic/share/catkin/cmake/catkinConfig.cmake:83 (find_package):
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "theconstruct_msgs"
with any of the following names:

theconstruct_msgsConfig.cmake
theconstruct_msgs-config.cmake
