Header cart not updated with saved items on login in cart

The header cart isn't being updated to display the saved item(s) from previous visit, the saved cart being merged.

It only displays in the total down in left corner, and it confuses the customers.

Anyway there should also be a visible notification, telling the customers that saved items from previous visit was merged into the cart. Else there is a risk they order something they didn't intend to, and you get some mess to clean up - and a upset customer ...

Menu also doesn't update after login, so customer menu isn't displaying before site is refreshed or some navigation happens.

Maybe better force refresh of the whole site when someone have logged in ...?
