💻 UI Revamp

Summary

The UI needs to be revamped to enhance user and developer experience

Scope of the issue

The following are some of the reasons taken into considerations for the revamp

Issues noticed

• The intellisense breaks in VS Code
• Build times are very slow
• The usage of MUI and custom elements are hard to track
• The pages do not follow common design aesthetics
• Maintaining multiple tailwind attributes as styled components is a hassle

Proposal

To explore modern build systems like Vite and use MUI components extensively to maintain a common look across all the pages. Using MUI components will also save time in testing various UI behaviors which would have been already covered by the MUI team
