Adding the ability to pass a prefix to enable making a fork of the theme easier.

This would modify the theme’s index.theme and the output names.

Ex.

$ ./autogen.sh —program-prefix=CJ

Would change. The theme name to CJ-Arc CJ-Arc-Dark and so on.
