Touch screen doesn't work

Archon-runtime 1.2 32-bit on chrome 48.0.2564.109, on a tablet pc with windows 8.1 32-bit with bing.
The android app loads properly, but tap on the touch screen doesn't trigger a click event in the android app, only moves the position of the mouse. The actual mouse conected to the tablet works well in the android app, though.

I have the same problem but with chrome 64bits in a Surface Pro 3 and Archon-runtime 2.1.0
