The color of links in help are almost the same as others, and hard to see as links.

:h index.txt

If you set set conceallevel=2, links seem to be exactly the same as others.

:set conceallevel=2
2017-12-18 13 22 57

For example, in solarized, it shows links as blue and underlined.

Add highlighting for help links

The color of links in help was the same as normal text making it
impossible to to distinguish between both.
