[library manager] (updated release) please update KeyboardAzertyFr library

As suggested in the Library Manager FAQ, I request the update of the 1.0.2 re-release of the KeyboardAzertyFr library.

Please let me know if I missed something.

Sorry for the long delay, the release has been updated!

(BTW for the next time I would suggest to just release an 1.0.3 with the fix, so it will get updated automatically!)

This library is a simple modification of the official keyboard library (adapted to French keyboards), so I try to stay in line with the official versioning!
