rocket m5 xm node setup failure

I did the tftp factory file upload
i went to the web ui and uploaded the sysupgrade
after it rebooted i opened the web ui again
I set the name and generated a password with bitwarden and pasted it in both password fields.
I hit the save changes button and this error came up

Configuration NOT saved!
XSLoader.pm did not return a true value at /usr/lib/perl5/5.28/File/Glob.pm line 6.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/bin/node-setup line 220.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/node-setup line 220.

I did the whole thing again and I am still getting the error

where should I go from here?

If you're willing to run a nightly build as opposed to the production release for now while the dev team looks at this, the latest nightly build is quite good and has many improvements.

I uploaded nightly 1112-e0ac3e9 from the admin menu and waited for the node to reboot and filled in first time setup and I did not get the error with that firmware
