I discovered that Channel 8 doesn't seem to work in AP Mode (not broadcasting nor discoverable with external Wi-Fi scans and cannot connect) on UBNT AirRouter and HAP AC Lite with Nightly 600 on AirRouter HP and 620 on MicroTik HAP AC Lite.

All other 2.4 Ghz channels appear to work fine as I have tested them individually on both AirRouter and Microtik hAP AC Lite - Suspect this affects all models.

when /etc/config/wireless channel option is set to '8', then the linux interface fails to be created, any other 2GHz channel, the interface correctly initializes and the AP is fully functional, with everything else the same. A test may be beneficial with out-of-box OpenWrt 18.06.1 release to isolate if related to AREDN part 97 channel changes and country code hack or an issue further upstream.
