There appear to still be a good deal of scribe recipes missing from /v2/recipes -- it'd be really nice if the endpoint actually worked.

Okay, I got access to the historical logs and went over them. Found there were 245 scribe recipes that should have made it into the API but never did -- I've got a couple of theories about why they never made it in but don't really have the time to investigate further. Added the following ids to the recipe whitelist:

I'm going to re-examine the logs next week to make sure that there hasn't been anything else skipping past the queue. Will close it after I'm satisfied that the issue was a transient failure. Sorry 'bout the madness.

Re-checked the historical logs against live data; found 53 recipes that never appeared in the whitelist. Whitelisted 'em.

No idea how this is broken, but it's broken.
