Should provide access to vendors (both those available by NPC and those available by gizmo). This is something that comes up a lot, but is actually really tricky to implement. There might be some shortcuts that make the implementation (specifically, the whitelisting bit) a bit easier (e.g., restrict to heart vendors, or use more complicated whitelisting logic).

@Aonwy Why was this closed? Can we get this reopened please.
lye already did some implementation for it (see #507) and it's one of the most requested features.
