Right now, /v2/commerce/listings returns all the listings. While this behavior needs to be maintained for backwards-compatibility, we can add a parameter (e.g., ?top=10) that truncates the number of listings.

This is now live. Works for both bulk-responded endpoints (e.g., ?page=1&top=5) and per-items.
