yeast-spreadsheet.R missing? #1

Hi,

I was trying to run the case study and in "yeast-manin.R" you are sourcing a file
named 'yeast-spreadsheet.R'.
I can't see that file anywere and, in fact, the command make run-yeast rises an error.

Is it something missing?

Hi I am not the author but i could fix it just renaming the file spreadsheet.R as yeast-spreadsheet.R. However after that I had problems with the function common_stuff().
