RCSwitch: merged Tasmota/lib/lib_rf/rc-switch back in original sui77/rc-switch

Just for notice.

• I have pushed the Tasmota RCSwitch changes back in a fork of the original original maintainer.
• Updated the examples and made it easy to add new variants simply by adding new targets in platformio.

Rationale for this is I wanted to experiment with the Tasmota code out-of-tree, and since it works so well I thought might be worthwhile to push it back in the original code base, as it is not maintained for years now.

Seams these cheap modules are extremely noisy and could easily generate 4000-6000 interrupts per sec.

Some random things to experiment with:

• Does it generate much load, and will it affect other processes.
• Does it scale if we add more protocols.
• Can it receive the smoke detector on the top floor from the basement.
  => Yes it can, which is pretty amazing for an 28 Eurocent module
• What about range and different antenna types
